FICO Experian score 678, get approved by Chase freedom and AMEX SPG

while get rejected by CITI Divided world masterccard, can not believe it. I've had my citi forward card for 2 months...

I Think my FICO score is so low because I have like 20 hard inquires in my credit history.

Anyway, I would not apply credit card within 6 months probably because I already get so many good ones.

20 hards is alot for any lender.  If memory serves Citi is particularly inquiery sensitive.   Take it easy for a while a let some of those age off.

You have a thin file, no real experience in handling credit as of yet.  Most, if not all lenders are going to deny you due to excessive inquiries.  In 10 mos time, that's 2 inquiries a month, wayy too risky for any lender to extend credit.  Garden what you have right now to build up a solid payment history, and let those inquiries fall off.  You'll look much better to lenders at that time.  Don't continue to apply, only to be denied, and lose points you need to build on right now.
