FICO - FAKO SCORE AND ALSO TARGET ISSUE

I have an issue with my credit score, i currently subscribe to MycreditKeeper for about 3mths now.I am comparing my score that is listed for all three CA as follows on their site: Ex632 Efax619 TU612 -as of 10/11/07 Ex640 Efax622 TU612 -as of 12/11/07, BUT on the MycreditKeeper's Pie Chart my scores are(i guess these are my FAKO?) 9/11/07-571 10/11/07-565 11/11/07-588 12/11/07-562, huge difference,! i tried buying my scores for all 3CA through MyFico, but because i just received a card with WAMU, I was automatically signed up for a year, it says that i already have an account with MyFico. Also my scores for EX on Wamu site shows 634. Ok..so my questions is how accurate is MycreditKeeper? 2nd issue, i had an account with Target, which i settled for 1/2, saw on the Forum about calling to see if they could remove any of my the 90+ or 120+ days late, i was told that because they are Federal Regulated blah, blah they could not.Has any one had any luck with Target?

EX using a different scoing system than FICO. You should still be able to pull whatever reports you want from myfico.  If you are already registered just sing in with your account info and choose another report to purchase and pull.

Target is very strict so I am not surprised by the lack of goodwill.

This is one of the lines that you will get. It a variant on "It is illegal to report inaccurate information." However, it is legal for a company to decide to exercise business goodwill and not report lates. That is different from knowingly reporting inaccurate info.

I'll leave it for others with any history with Target. Just wanted to let you know where you stand. BTW, this is what the telephone CSR's are taught, and they (mostly) believe that it is correct, so be nice to them. :smileywink:

I tried doing a GW with Target this past summer for a 30 day late back in March. I faxed the letter to them in order to get a quick response. A week later, I got a letter stating the very same reason you got. Bummer, huh?

Off the subject but I wanted to ask you, since you stated you just got a Wamu, can you tell me when, what your score was and who they pulled from?
Thanks in advance~
