I was not going to close it because is almost 4 yrs old account but man them fees and the credit limit is just not gonna cut it
So i burn the sockdrawer with First Premier in it .
The cs was not letting go as far as the annual fee and the monthly fee
So i said thanks for all the rebuilding process and good luck with that not backing up on the fee
Good Job! I'm sure it feels great!

Yea it does.I feel like 100 lb are of my shoulders right now
Also closed my first premier account today. Rebuilding complete! I didn't ask for anything when I closed it, the CSR gave me the speech about hurting my score, offered me $30 credit to cover the $7 monthly fees. I said unless she can get rid of the annual fees and monthly fees altogether I'm not interested. I have tens of thousands of available credit I don't need a $250 dollar card. She immediately replied with your account is now closed lol. I should never have kept it open for as long as I did. I'm gonna keep my orchard bank card open its my oldest account and its just a low annual fee. It's really time to garden now. Refinanced my house, opened 2 credit cards with 10k+ limits, closed this CC and got a second auto loan all within the last 2 months. I wasn't gonna get the second credit card but I figured with 3-4 inquiries open anyway just pick it up, close the First premier and garden for a while.
Congrats on kicking them to the curb!
