FNBO rating?

How does FNBO rank among other banks? Is their cc something worth considering? I am asking because I got a pre-approval from them.

Here is what I know.

I opened up a card with them in March of this year for doing 0% BT.  They take about a week to process and review everything manually.  They are a larger scale community bank in Omaha. Their online sytem for payments works fine, although less fancy than like Chase or Discover.  They gave me one of my best interest rates.  They just gave me an auto CLI.

Their rewards program is very basic.  Balance transfer offer was good at 15 months and 3%.  I have no complaints.

Basic bank, basic card. No frill but nothing bad to say at all.
