FNBO sent this to me

A balance transfer offer for 0% until November 2015. My credit line is $4000. What I want to transfer is $1294. I have every intention of paying off well before the promo ends. Should I go for it? Last time I did a BT it somehow got coded on my CR as a charge off.

I get one every other week. Used the checks once with no transfer fee .
