I was approved and noticed a hard pull from EX as well as TU. I am in CA. Everything I have read indicated they pull exclusively from TU??? Hm.

When your credit report is at the borderline, lenders often pull additional CR to evaluate your creditworthiness. It is a common practice.
AMEX is known to pull EQ and TU when your EX report is at the borderline of their liking.

For future reference Mod Cut. This tactic is not allowed to be discussed. It is considered unethical credit repair. - MarineVietVet, myFICO moderator.
