I don't see anything... what ya talkin bout?

I don't see it either. Maybe they don't want to encourage me to hit them up since I just received a CLI two months ago.

I don't see it either but if you want my advice, never use that button again. More often than not it is a hard pull now.
Instead I called CS and asked if I am eligible for a CLI without a credit pull based on my payment history and got an increase on both my CITI cards without a HP. Usually if you are not eligible the computer will let them know that a credit pull is required which you can then decline.

That button has always been there on my account since back in 2008. Some months it appears, then goes away, comes back. I've only pushed it once, and gotten an increase, but i always call in to Citi for my increases and ask prior to HP. I would be careful pushing it too much, as i've seen CLD's happen to others accounts who have abused it, but YMMV.

I see the link under tools, but not elsewhere. Where exactly do you see it?

Its in the little box under the box that displays your ThankYou points balance.

+1 Yep, on the right hand side. It had not been there for quite some time, if not mistaken.
