Wife (690 per Experian.com, 1.6 AAoA, 3.1 Oldest Acct, 69% util, 2 auto loans) applied for both and was instantly approved, listed me as an AU on both at the time of application. Here's the bullet points I wanted to share;
BOTH Amex and Chase Freedoms ONLY pulled her Experian report
AMEX pulled mine as well but Chase did not (667 Experian.com)
Just thought I would share for anyone interested in applying for either.
P.S. ~ The next day I applied for AMEX PRG and was declined, though I'm almost certain it was because my util is still too high. I did it mostly as a barometer for the winter when I expect to be approved.
