Not what I expected but still 9 points are better than nothing.

Still trying to knock down that 760 barrier hehe

I hit the love button and went from 2.4k to 4.9k yay!!!

1.1k -> 2.4k -> 4.9k

All in 6 months.

The August 2012 was normal since I got it right after getting my card on the mail, only inqs showing up at this poing.

The next month, with all the new accounts being reported to the bureaus, score went down 15 points.

October and the 759 surprised me, util was low as always and no big changes from last month.

Big drop on November and December was because of util issues during the holidays.

No big changes in January and February reportwise. I guess my profile is more flexible now andi it's growing right back up without the need of perfect util. Util still high at 20% but that's because I made a big purchase. Let's see where it goes next month, 740 would make me very happy Smiley Very HappySmiley Very HappySmiley Very Happy

Re: Feb WalMart Scores are Up!!!!!

Up 14 points to 787, my highest TU score ever! However, next month it'll probably drop, for neither my new Penfed Plat Cash Rewards (17.5 K) nor my new AMEX SPG (2K) are reporting to any of the CRAs yet.

All 3 bureaus (per Amex CreditSecure FAKO) are still 748 (as of 12/19/13). Cards: Discover It, $12,100, Chase Freedom $3,300, Chase Amazon $1,500, Walmart store $11,000, AMEX Zync NPSL, Costco Amex $14,700. US. Bank Cash +, $5,000. AMEX SPG $6,000, PenFed Plat. Cash Rewards $17,500, PenFed P-LOC $10,000, Citi Forward $5,100, Chase Slate $5,000, Old Navy, $2,200.

You have to wait until you get your card to set up your online account and sign up for paperless statements before you can view your FICO score via Walmart.

Thanks, kevinijc. I'll practice my patience. (Something I am (not) sooooooo good at.)

Just checked mine and score is up from 719 to 776!    I'm sure this is due to better limit (4800) with new card added last month (Citi).

Oops! Forgot to mention that I also had 1 CA removed after GW. I'm sure that also helped with score increase !
