There is a backdoor number that Midnight or Cheezy can give you since they got theirs most recently and had to call to check on the status. Can one of you please give us the number you used so young can check too. Thanks.

Is US Bank good with product conversions? I applied for the Platinum Visa because I would like to take advantage of their BT offer but would like to convert it into a cashback card later in the future.

If you are good while with them and give it enough time to build rapport, then yeah. they have excellent csr.
