I have Fidelity's AMEX cc and I didn't realize they had a concierge service (I was more excited about the 2% going to my brokerage account)
Does anyone know who they use?
Any experiences with them?
I've only ever used JPM's via the Ritz card and the AMEX Plat's concierge... and in my experience, the AMEX peeps tend to be on the slower side of things and most times I've tried, can't get me a dining reservation - in which I'd call JPM soon after and they would get it done.
