The FAQ givces this list of accounts. So Cash Management is the product that they are pushing, but it isn't needed.
All Fidelity nonretirement, Fidelity IRA, and Fidelity-managed 529 plan accounts that accept Automated Clearing House (ACH) deposits are eligible for a rewards deposit. If you intend to deposit points in an eligible account, it is your responsibility to ensure that the account is one for which contributions on your behalf can be accepted and that, under applicable tax law, you are eligible to make contributions to that account for the year that the deposit is made. Refer to the applicable Fidelity account Customer Agreement, Custodial Agreement, or Participation Agreement for information on the terms and conditions of the Fidelity account.

Just checking the rewards site. Although cash back is usually the way to go to get the most rewards, there are a few gift cards on special offer. Callaway, Land's End, Yankee Candle and Maui Jim all have $25 gift cards for 2,000 points. Since it takes (usually) $1,000 to get 2,000 points, this is a 2.5% return. If you want those cards!

Does the card show up on Fidelity's website eventually? I'll be sure to update the thread once but see which bureau was pulled and my score at the time of application.
The card appears as a link on Fidelity's websites (Fidelity.com and netbenefits, if you have a company 401K using Fidelity). It shows the current balance. Clicking the link takes you to the FIA website for all the details.
Thanks for the input guys

Whoa I didn't know you could use this card for regular AMEX promotions. Did you get the email confirmation already? Does it work for sync with Twitter/FB as well?
Did they pull EX like BoA/FIA does with their other cards ?
