There are two types of 5/3 MC's they put out. The real one that is actually through them pulls TU in Ohio. I believe you need a 640+ score. If you dont qualify for that one they have a 5/3 optimum MC though HSBC that you are usually approved for with a 300 CL to start. HSBC pulled EQ in Ohio for that and I got it with a 589 score.
