And with that said I'll continue to monitor Smiley Tongue

Before you app think...
Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

It seems pretty distasteful to have to file a "complaint" to the BBB that jeopardizes their credibility all for something that's not guaranteed. A lot of people have great success with the card and get graduated as you said they should, but not everyone. There must be a reason they feel you aren't ready to be graduated. And by looking at your cards and scores in your sig it seems they may be correct.

I agree on it being a bad complaint but I have to disagree.. I think the scores the OP has should grant an Unsecured card.. Unless there's something on the report not mentioned

What's really funny is that it is one poster who has gotten into 4-6 of theses threads in as many weeks as they been on this website..

Now to bring this thread back around.. BBB complaints are just another tool  people can use.. Probably gets you in touch with the same group that handles the facebook posts.  ..

Too many to list..

Re: Filed BBB against Capital One

I've just about had it tonight

At this point I'll be having threads lock and people banned for life if we continue down the current road of not being:

Friendly Supportive and Respectful

Re: Filed BBB against Capital One

Well considering my excellent payment history and better scores everyone deserves a chance; I mean why would they approve me for another card. Also why would I get another 4 cards so idk I must be doing something right. I'm not worried though I'll eventually dump them and get better cards as my scores improve.
