I have narrowed down my options the only card tha ti want are the amex blue aky prefered and the Tj MAxx Mastercard. I know amex will pull Experian and chase usually pulls experian but sometimes equifax. My husband will apply for the tj maxx card he has 6 inq on experian and 0 on equifax.  i will apply for the amex i have 7 oexperian 2 will fall off in june. Should we apply

I'm not sure what AMEX's standards are lately, but I would guess that with 7 inquiries, you would be unlikely to get an instant approval from AMEX.
