Exactly. When I clicked option 1, AmEx had me put in my banking information so they can automatically take the payments out.

Got the same message. Took the same option. BackGround: 2 CapOne's perfect history. 2 Chase CO's Smiley Sad 2 Verizon's CO(Never trust anyone..learned the hard way. 3 Student loans all current. Didn't expect it.. Am just excited to be in the AMEX family.
