Finally broke the $10k barrier

Since it had been a year since the last CLI on my BoA 123 Cash Rewards Visa, I decided to hit the luv button today and ask for a CLI.  They increased my limit from $7k to $13k.  This is my first ever credit card with a limit larger than $10k.

I look back on this journey I have taken over the past 8 years and I am so proud of how far I have come.  I started out in a rented room in a bad part of town with horrible credit and credit cards like Credit One Bank.  Now I own my own house in a nice, safe suburb and I have fantastic credit limits and rates on my credit cards.  I owe a lot of my success to the lessons I learned from this forum.  Thank you, everyone, from the bottom of my heart.

Those of you who are starting out on your rebuilding journey, don't give up hope.  With hard work and patience, you can do it too.

So great to hear about your success!  Congrats!

And yes, joining the 5 digit CL club is a thrill!  My Care Credit was my first post-BK CC to go over $10K.  Can't want to have a major CC do that (all eyes are on my BCE to take me there in November!)
