Well today was the day that I finally said good bye to my two credit one bank cards. They've helped me rebuild since my credit journey in 2007, and I've gotten way better cards, and it feels great to be able to say good bye to low limit cards with high fees and no rewards.
I was very surprised and how the gentlemen on the phone didn't even try to get me to stay. I think he was happy to get me off the phone considering at the end of the call he basically hungup on me!
So far in the past month I've closed out 4 cards, and I'm slowing starting to close out cards that are less then $1,000 in limits.
