Finally....my CC's are reporting! See increase on score?

I got approved for cap 1 an NFCU at the beginning of October, and they have finally started reporting to the CB's! (sighs).....

will I see any increase in my score at all once they start reporting payments? Just curious and thank you!

you initially will see a drop from the inquiry and lower aaoa but within 6 months of on time payments you should see an increase

Yep, that's what we refer to as the "new credit ding." As stated above, the score should bounce back pretty quickly with responsible usage. In a year, the effect of the inquiry will be gone completely.
