Finally no credit card debt!

Been working off paying off all credit card debt and had about 10% left I just payed off! Chopped up final card and only using them for reoccuring bills and maybe online once and a while. Hoping to see a few point increase.

Re: Finally no credit card debt!

Yep - with the way the markets are these days, I think this is best practice!

Just remember to run something from time to time on each card to avoid a CLD or closing of the account. In my mind, depending on what the markets do, we may see increased activity when it some to CLD / Closing again.

EXCELLENT !  Take yourself out for a nice lunch or something ( Pay cash for the lunch :smileywink: )  to celebrate.    Not sure how much your score would increase if you CC debt was @ 10%   BUT in my opinion even if your FICO score dropped 10 points it would be worth it to be CC debt free.    Again congrats !
