Heard back from Target EO about a cli. I originally contacted them around mid-July and just received a callback today. I was given a whopping $200 increase and sitting not so pretty at $700. I've had this card since '95. It was upgraded to a visa a while back. I haven't had a cli in 8 yrs. Sorry guys it doesn't look like we're gonna get much love from TD Bank.
