What reasons? You sometimes have to carefully consider them and in some cases a reason can indicate that there are other concerns with your credit (inquiries is an example).
2/15 was only a few months ago. It sounds like you probably need to readjust your expectations.

That is incorrect. If one has jumped the gun then one can request after the appropriate amount of time has passed since the last action that started the clock. Requesting early does not reset the clock.
