I used my card to order something online and I got denied. I called the customer service. They told me my account was closed. They didn't know the reason.

That's bizarre. You may want to get in touch with the bank CEO. I've heard he's been quite helpful for other members. Good luck!
I just don't get why these people don't even bother to inform people when they close an account. If not a snail mail letter, then an e-mail or a text alert would suffice.
Now I am talking to the credit dept. They put me on hold.

How long ago did you get approved? Maybe they are tightening their standards on this card.

It was two weeks ago. I talked to them. They wanted me to fax them DL and bank statement to verify ID. I wait for 48 hrs to check the status. Why did they approve me to start with?

I never understood this either. It certainly doesn't engender any positive feelings towards the issuing bank if you're attempting to use a card that gets declined and thus have to deal with the subsequent embarrassment.
It's ironic that this would happen during Pride week. Good luck Ron1 and keep us posted...

Phew... for a minute there I was thinking someone did a manual review and didn't like all the accounts.
