Hey all! I just wanted to share the results of my app spree after being in the garden for a year. I have been lurking on this board for a while and have learned so much so thanks to everyone who shares their knowledge!
Here is what I had before the spree:
Discover It: 550/3900
Citi Platinum Select Visa: 0/1200
US Bank Platinum Visa: 0/1500
GEMB Discount Tire: 0/800
I also just paid off a loan for a motorcycle and about $3000 of CC debt a couple months ago. My EQ score jumped from 683 to 762 after this which I thought was crazy. Staying in the garden and lowering my utilization really makes a dramatic difference I guess.
Here is what I applied for:
AMEX BCE: Approved, $8000
US Bank Cash+: Approved, $8500
Unitus Platinum Rewards: Approved, $8000
Barclays Rewards Mastercard: Approved, $6300
BoA 1-2-3: Approved, unknown limit
Walmart Discover: Approved, $1900
Chase Freedom: Awaiting results
I'm not sure why Chase would take longer than all of those other banks, but I'm hoping I get it. Now I don't really know what my next steps are.... I guess its back to the garden for a while!
Congrats!! Those are nice CLs. Gardening sound like a good plan!
