Received my first ever CC offer in the mail from Discover. I'd jump on it, but we close on our home on March 23. My mouth is watering, but gotta wait!!
Pretty excited about my financial 2018!!

Move the mortgage closing back 6 more months, problem solved.
You're a man that can solve problems, eh??
lol. Thanks, but no thanks!
Let others chime in on the idea below. I’m a renter and clearly don’t want you to risk anything so close to your closing date!
Maybe you should sign up for Disco scorecard. It’s a SP but sometimes it results in better offers than mailers and might yield a SP instead of a HP.
Im clearly no expert when your getting a mortgage. So what does the other MyFicos say? Good idea or not?!?
I'll find out in April, AJC. Wonder if this is any indication of what type of SL they'll give me? They're just trying to butter me up for a baby SL, aren't they??
lol
Thanks for the information, somewhere!
I do subscribe to scorecard! Ive had several prequalified offers the past few months, but this is the first one that's came in the mail. Prequals are not giving me a range, but a specific APR. It's hight, but not a range. I think 24.74%.
So, do you mean that because I'm a scorecard subscriber, they could possibly give me a card with a SP? Surely you jest!!
No doubt about it, AJC. That would be awesome, sir!!
Thanks for the input, folks!!
