Re: First National Bank of Omaha??

Crunching-Numbers:  I applied on March 3 (Saturday) and got an e-mail I was approved on Friday, March 9.  I had checked my status online Friday a.m. and it still said pending, then I got the e-mail that evening.  But, my e-mail didn't give any info (CL, rate, etc.).  I called them Monday (March 12) to get the details.  I was approved for $1,700.  I have 0% on purchases till Sept. and 0% on BT for 1 year. I got my card this past Wednesday.

Mine took right at a week, so you should hear something this week-end.  still have my fingers crossed for you!

Here's hoping this afternoon you check to find you're approved for a 9.5k CL  (if you requested 6.5k for BT, I'd think they'd go higher if they allowed the total BT, not sure how much though).    I have my fingers crossed for you :smileyhappy:

Re: First National Bank of Omaha??

Your application was approved on 03/16/2012 with an initial credit line of $6,500.00.    A card will be sent to you within 7-10 business days.

yea! I wonder how much BT was allowed? I asked for $6500, but if the CL is $6500.....

guess I need to wait and see. That is good enough for me! Happy weekend!

I just spotted the good news!  Congrats on the approval!

I highly doubt they'll transfer the full 6500 you requested as that would max you out on their card. They're not allowed to do that under the new laws IIRC.  I was really hoping they'd go above and beyond the 6500, but I know you're happy you got that much too.  I hope that helps your situation and you can do the same with the other balances  you mentioned.  Like I said before, I really didn't think they'd have too much problem approving you for the 6.5k, your info seemed like it would be fine with FNBO.  I really would have been a bit surprised had they not approved  you :smileyhappy:

I'm also glad you didn't have to wait over the weekend to find out the good news, this makes it a much better weekend I'm sure :smileyhappy:
