Hello all!! My name is marty. and I was wondering about doing ths hopping cart trick, my wife has been begging for a vs card. It said i was preapproved for a $1,500.00 credit line do you guys think that is fair, considering my lowest credit line is about 4k

Welcome to the forums !

I'm sure others will chime in, but I think that's a pretty good starting limit. It is a store card, so they'll likely start you with a lower limit, but should give out increases in the future.

oh okay I have a pottery barn with wfnnb never knew banks changed! Funny though pb is the lowest limit card i have which is 4k. can pre approved amount be higher.

1.5k is awesome with VS, majority of people here got $250-$750.
