No joke! Not everyone reads the fine print. This is a bottom feeder card but there are people out there that will accept the offer and regret it later.

FP is getting grimier by the day!
Unless you absdolutely need to have this card - meaning you cannot get even an HSBC, Orchard, or Cap 1 - I suggest you dig a ditch, toss offer in, pour some holy water or acide even -on it - cover it nicely - pray - and ruuuuuuuuuuuuuuuun Stone - ruuuuuuuuuuuuun!
Agreed, don't do it. Go with a secured card with a $200 deposit if you're willing to pay those fees. At least when your secured card graduates or you close the card you will get your $$ back.

Believe it or not , im sure there are some people whose credit is so bad that they will need this card and even though it's a ridiculous offer, there is a market for this out there.
But if you dont need it, shred it (i always shred anything that has my name, address, invitation code, social)
