No such plans. I'm thinking the reason they kept approving me was the stellar AAoA and never being late on the one card I had. I'm not sure how far i should ride this wave. Should I keep adding more and more cards until my surfboard flips over?

Adding another card is going to dramatically reduce your AAoA.

Starting out you had a 8 year AAoA which is very good.  Adding 2 cards, assuming you only have 3 trendlines total, had dropped your AAoA to 3 years. Adding a 3rd new card will drop your AAoA to 2 years.
