Fixed Rate Credit Cards

I have a 9.9% B of A cc that was and has been fixed for the past 14 years.  Are there any other fixed rate cards out there?

What fixed rate cards do you have?

Fixed rate means it is pretty much free from the primate rate. So 8% is 8%. Whether the prime rate goes up or down it stays at 8%. So technically, the card should just be 8%, though, i may be mistaken. I have been before

The current prime rate is 3.25%, so the ring is the prime rate +4.75%

Welll $1 plus the 8% correct if you were to carry a balance on the cash advance?
