3. As a bonus, the denial letter available the next day has your FICO 04 EQ score.

At least mine did, I know Cap 1 has been known to use all 3 bureaus.

Capital One is always SP for CLI and they use a report on file that they update every 30-90 days.

you could email the exec office for manual review if you would like... lots of luck that way... still sp.

I was denied as I had a CLI 5 months and 3 weeks ago. I just need to wait another couple of weeks...

Not like I actually need it, I just got a new card, but they do have the best rewards.
