Was approved for the CSP last week, and a CLI on the freedom ( 3 pulls, I don't know why, 2 Experian , 1 TU), and I asked at that time is freedom could be upgraded. They said no not at this time. Hmmm it was over a year then I remembered I had a guys name and extension from the executive office. I called him yesterday, he said he would review the accounts and get back to me, and no he didn't have to do another hard pull, he could use one of the previous pulls.
Called back today APPROVED! Yeah! New card on the way!

When, I Applied for my Freedom Card (First Card with Chase) got a 10-day message Nexday Called a Analyst number for Chase.
Just to ask the status they did another pull on TU . I already got a 2 Pulls for applying for Chase.
So total 3 Pulls for One Application.
But anyway I got approved, so Happy
