Comenity offers Anne Geddes visa card, I got the email invite Nov last year. I think it used to be backed by another bank.

Re: Fresh cards in the market?

Wells Fargo has a new and underwhelming card.

Santander Bravo card is somewhat interesting. only somewhat.

Citizens Bank Green$ense Mastercard is good. If you are in their banking area.

Both the WF and US Bank cards are not released to the general public yet.

They're still undergoing testing and tweaking, and the final product may be different from what it is right now.

But I agree, with the way it is now, it is pretty disappointing.
