I contacted my Walmart service reps via private message about my Fico score not updating. They say they update by the 10th business day of the month and I still hadn't had an update as of the 16th. Their response was really funny to me so I wanted to share it. The chat reps told me to un-enroll then re-enroll and that worked. Anyway here is the funny part of the private message response:
Please note that FICO scores are updated monthly through a batch process, as the information comes from TransUnion. Please understand that FICO scores will be updated within the first 10 business days, on or about the 14th-15th of every month. If there are delays in getting the data from TransUnion, then the scores may be updated on the 16th or 17th of every month. Please understand that you may have to wait until on or about the 18th of the month to get the updated score.
Hi Poppa. You can try unenrolling in paperless statements and then reinrolling. That should update your score. As always YMMV. Good luck

Uh... lolwut.
So... they're updated at some point some time maybe?
I had the same issue, score hadn't updated since late September. It was seriously causing me some turmoil so I finally unenrolled a few weeks ago. I did re-finance my Jeep earlier this month so I used CCT to get updated scores so I would know where I stood. Turns out my EQ Fico 08 was just two more points than the "Fico 5-based score" my CU uses.
But yeah, evidently, even though it's free, you may have to manipulate the website to get the score to update.
