GE CL cap?

This may have been mentioned before so sorry but is there a GE internal limit for all you Combinded GE cards?

I have about 40,000 all together and have noticed my CLis have been decreasing in amount.
I got a 100 Auto increase in JCPenny and a 300 on paypal. So small .....

GE limit is $100k across all of their cards.
