GE Capital/ Walmart

OK I have a Walmart that is scheduled to fall off my credit reports in October. What are the chances of getting another GE Capital card accounts. I'm in the process of rebuilding my credit from 580-600 with the 3 credit bureaus. I have started with one secure card that have utilization of 10%.

GE is forgiving but you may need to wait til your scores are a tad higher in the low 600s.
