Just a heads up. I went through the automated phone system for a CLI and it ended up being a hard pull through TU. Not sure if this will be the same for all of their cards, but thought I'd share. In their defense, the phone system stated that the request would result in an inquiry. I just have never had a hard pull with them for inquiry so I ignored it.

Yes, the Care card does appear to be a HP. The other GE cards historically have all been SP's.

Yes, we did this on my DH's Care Credit a month or two ago. It was worth it for us, but it's good that others are advised so that they can make an informed decision as to whether or not to accept the HP. So, if the automated system states that it needs to pull your credit, please know that you should expect it to be a HP.
