Some seem to be working and others no. Walmart worked for me but it only gave me $100 ($1400-->$1500). JCP wasn't available online, so I called and got increased $1300-->$1800. My Old Navy card said I had to call, but my card is about 2 months old so I didn't get approved for that either but I am ready, the CL is only $300.
