I don't know why but I can't get approved for any cards from any of these banks. I have seen people get approved left and right with scores similar to mine so there must be soemthing they don't like on my credit report I just don't know what. Does anyone know if these two banks are sensitive about anything in specific? I know most of their cards are subprime but it just doesn't make sense....

Don't feel bad.
GE hates me too in a way...they'll give me the cards but won't CLI when they are "supposed" to. lol

It's not that they "hate you". In the grand scheme of things it's all about your profile and various other factors. Regardless what you compare to others, scores alone do not make a profile. Sure, some of their products can be sup-prime but they also have their own underwriting standards, even if considered "sub prime".
Hence, since this has happened before, what are they listing as the reasons, what is holding you back? Are there negative items lurking somewhere? Excessive inquiries? High utilization?
When I get home from work I will look over the denial letters and post the reasoning!
I'm interested in knowing the denial reasons. I also felt like they hated me until I was approved (after many denials on cards that were listed as easy to get GE to approve) for my Amazon. It's also my highest limit card right now at $600. I am hoping that the Amazon card is my "in" with GE and that next December after I am finished gardening that I'll be able to obtain a few quality cards and get rid of these starter ones I have.
GE Bank hates but Commenity bank loves me. I got approved for New York and Company and Victoria's Secret
