GE did buy 76 gas cards!!

zerobacan had posted about this already, but I decided to re-visit 76 website and looks like GE has officially tooken over! Now all you 76 gas card holders wont have to deal with CITI lack of CLI. Also they remodeled the card and looks way better! Visit the site to see design also their commercial card almost has the look as the DISCOVER it card pretty cool.

Have you done your research of the CC?
Does it fit your spending?
Do you have a plan for the bonus w/o going into debt?
Can you afford the AF?
Do you know the cards benefits? Is it worth the HP?

Thanks also! I had been waiting for this card but didn't want to apply wondering if it was worth the HP and only have it be denied or stuck @ a low cl. I just applied and was approved 650.

thanks to zerobacan for lettung us know(if only you could tag people hahha), and congrats on your approval!! Forsure that $650 CL will be increase very quick hopefully same thing happens with Shell but who knows.

I don't even know if I have any 76 stations around where I live.

But I'll tell you what ticks me off: so I got this Chevron/Texaco card and guess what???? NOT ONE FRIGGIN GAS STATION WITHIN 100 MILES OF ME THAT TAKES THIS CARD!

if I lived out west I would be golden. There's Chevrons every 10 feet in all directions.

So I gotta use my Chevron/Texaco at guess where? Yup, TELEFLORA!

I've ordered so many bushes and flowers from that place using my Chevron card (just so I can use the card and pay it off) that my living room looks like Vietnam (minus the agent Orange residue).

If there's any 76 stations around me - and I will check - then I'm gonna go for this card sometime next year when it's safe for me to app again!

Too bad GE credit Solution could not find my account number in their system to do a must deserved CLI on my 76/66/Conoco Philips card...

Called yesterday and after 15 minutes trying to figure out why I was not in their system they reffered me to the crappy Citi credit dept...where they had done 2 HP with no results before.... I will call GE credit solutions again (3rd time) in the future to see if they will ever CLI my useless Gas card (200 bucks )

Funny how GE buys thins everywhere...

I live in SCal and there is one in every corner almost. Between my husband and I certainly would certainly use 49 gallons a month which would give us the .05 gallon discount.
