GE store cards

I just app'd and was approved for a Walmart card. I submitted an app for a Lowe's card, but the session timed out and gave me some sort of "Gateway Error"?? I'm looking online for an app for Dick's Sporting Goods, but can't seem to find one. I've looked online and seen the stores listed on GE's site, but they seem to have more than what is listed. What stores offer online apps that are backed by GE? Also, is there a way to check the status of my Lowe's app online or do i need to call them and see if it even actually processed?

*I'm excited because 7wks ago I couldn't get any GE card, and just randomly decided to app for the Walmart card, and would like to get a few more that I will benefit from using.

I can't think of a better reason than that! 

GECRB writes JCPenney, Paypal (store card version), Amazon (store card version) Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, Lowes, TJMaxx, and many more, I'm sure...

Old Navy store card can also be used @ Banana Republic, Gap and Piperlime an online shoe company
