GE wont give me a cli on my 700 dollar card but amex just gave me a PRG!

Was super sad, felt lke the only person in the world that GE hates and apped for the prg for **bleep**s and giggles. couldnt believe it. Only fico i have is 642 for EQ. Feels good. Thank you for all this info that i learned here that im sure made the difference.

Any thing else i should app for that would be good?

right now i have,

cap1 secured

amazon store card

us bank secured

and now prg.

Id like a good cashback card but maybe I should be happy with what i just got and not app?

Or maybe just shoot for a cap1 cash rewards?

How long have you had your GE Amazon card? Need to wait til 4th statement cuts most of the time.

Go for it my EQ score was 658 when I applied on Monday just to see could get. To my amazement I was approved only for $500, but its a start and my first rewards card.

Your score is too low to continue adding cards now. Wait 6 months to a year and then really start picking up some great cards!

Work on those first then think about some rewards on the way when you score get somewhere around 670
