You can request a CLI from GECRB - now Syncrony - every fourth statement cut.  On these boards, people love to call Credit Solutions instead of online request, but that's up to you.

Most of the time it's every four statements, depends on which card though, for instance that doesn't apply for carecredit.

GECRB credit solutions in back door numbers. Online after every fourth statements leaving a small balance on each statement and paying in full before due date seems to work best. I don't believe it resets but you may get unable to complete. Calling you can ask sooner. Welcome to the forum.

Not in my case, I've tried too early a couple times (I'm very impatient) and after the fourth statement I still got the increase.

I've had my Gap card since October, never had auto CLI. I did the online request a few weeks ago and i was denied. It's been sitting at $500 limit all this time.

Probably because i don't really use it. If i had a higher limit i would make the long drive to the store and load up once in a while and then i would get increases.
