Has anyone applied for the CareOne card for a medical procedure? What was the score needed to be approved?

I applied in July and was approved for $6100.  My scores were hovering around the mid 600s.  I can't remember if they pulled EQ or TU.  But it was one or the other.

I just got it earlier this month, my scores were high 600's.  I asked for 4K got 3K.  Going to have dental work soon.  Pulled TU.

i applied this month with credit scores in the low 600's like 620 to 630 and i applied online. Was approved for $1200. The approval said i could apply for more if needed after 48 hours. I called a few days later and spoke to a person and i told them i would like a higher credit line. He asked what i wanted, i told him i would like it up to $3000. He put me on homd for like 30 seconds, came back and said my credit limit was now $3000 so i feel you have a great shot at a decent amount.
