Does anyone have this address by chance? I can't find it anywhere online? I need to get three erroneous inquiries they placed on my credit profile removed! They keep doing it and phone csr is getting me nowhere! Any help is appreciated-

pj, GEMb has different departments for the various cc's they handle(this is what a GEMb csr told me last month).

Have you called and asked to speak to someone who handles the Macy's accounts?

I have a credit specialist/credit services phone number. But bear in mind, it's for J.C.Penny, but they can probably help you: 866-239-4362

Also, if they truly have no PP, you can dispute with the CRA's

pj do you use privacy matters?  They list the contact info there.  Someone here at home has GEMB accounts ( lol I forget which one of us, they're old) and if I can find something additional for contact I will post it for ya.

Ok I checked and they all have the same mailing address it seems, but yeah all the phone numbers are different and we don't have Macy's.  To add to the pot, this is what I have:

That is weird.  Did a quick web search and it appears that GEMB is no longer financing Macy's... it's something like FDS or Department Stores Moneybank out of South Dakota for well over a year.

So the question is why is he getting hards from GEMB/Macy's and who to contact.  I would guess if he pulled privacymatters or whatnot for the addresses it's going to show the same GEMB mailing addy I posted.

Well, I called "Macy's Credit Services" and they were no help! After three transfers they said I had to take this issue up with the CRA...even though they had NO idea why those inquiries took place.

The interesting thing is that on their support site you can only chat with them or setup a call back - there's no address.

The other issue I've noticed is that the inquiries report as GEMB/Macys, however, my closed account reports as DSNB/Macys - now I'm really confused...so I guess I will send a letter to the Texas address maybe?

Again, I **bleep** GEMB to hell for their involvement in this mess! They must really hate me-
