I got JC Penny, Old Navy, Dillards Cards from GEMB. To my surprise as soon as I made a charge they reported the balances on CR. They did not wait till the statement date to report. Again, when I paid it off full, they did not update the balance on the CR. I guess they would update at the statment closing date. I found this interesting.
