GM Flex Card from HSBC ? When you click on the CLI button, is it a soft or hard pull ?

I have the GM flex card and want to ask for a CLI....but ONLY if it's a soft pull. From my understanding, HSBC has many different products and some are softies while others are hardies.....so my question is only for those that actually have a GM flex card. Thanks !

HSBC could go either way.  Expect a hard, but be preared to be pleasantly surprised if you only end up with a soft.
