GM Flex Card question

I have had my GM flex card since Mar. 08. it has had the same 1000 CL and they wont increase me, they say "insufficient length of account history" Is there a way I can do a product change without applying? do they hard pull for product change? Also do my points carry over to the new card? Thanks

Much of that could be addressed by a CSR.  But I am not surprised that there has been no CLI in the current economic crisis - many of us are thankful just to avoid CLDs!!
The slide from grace is really more like gliding
