I have been thinking about applying for this card...what are your FICO's ? I just called AMEX to ask what CB they will use, the rep told me it is random, not based on my state, just random...yet the last time I called they told me EX.  keep us posted...thanks

Yep, there's your problem.  Fraud alert is a no no with AMEX.
