GULF OIL PERSONAL CARD-PAYMENT HELP!!!

I have a regular personal Gulf Oil gas card. How can I make a payment???

 

Can I do it over the fone with a CSR?

 

My payment is due on the 22nd.  If I mail it tommorrow snail mail im afraid it wont get there in time.  I NEED HELP
